Ban appeals are to be submitted if you believe you have been unfairly banned by a staff member. Please note that not all appeals are accepted, and incomplete appeals with incorrect or missing information will be denied.

Please ensure your appeal includes the following:​

 

• Your username/in-game name used on SkyLand/discord user.

• The reason you were banned for

• Reasoning as to why your ban should be removed

• If applicable, evidence to support your claim

Do not continue to appeal if you do not have the information listed above, or if you have submitted an appeal within the past week.
Here's a few tips from us to make your appeal the best it can be:​

 

• Avoid begging. Begging only shows us that you're most likely to not change your behaviour and will decrease the chances of your appeal being accepted.

• Provide accurate and complete information. If you don't fill in all the information we ask for, it will take longer for your appeal to be processed.

• Asking about the status of your appeal will not make it approved faster or at all. We may even deny high-quality appeals due to this.

• Repeatedly submitting appeals will not increase the chances of it being accepted. You will be blacklisted if you do so.

After submitting your appeal, please allow up to a week for our team to review it. Please do not enquire about the status of your appeal at any time.
